What tools do I need to assemble the tree?
You need a ratchet and a screwdriver.
How long does it take to assemble a tree?
Anywhere from 20 minutes on a 3 ½ tree to 3 hours on a 15 tree.
How do I keep the floor clean when I water the plants?
We offer Floor trays that go under the racks that help keep the floors clean and catch most of the overflow water.
Can I put different size plants on the racks?
Yes we offer optional 4, 6 and 8 rings for you 4, 6 and 8 plants. You can use our racks for a variety of different plants as long as the pot fits in our rings.
Are the Racks Adjustable?
The rings clip on wherever you need to place a plant and they slide left to right.
How do I receive my rack?
We ship UPS or by truck on the 10 & 15 trees
How soon can you ship me a rack?
We currently can ship in 7 days, then you need to add the UPS Travel time to that
