Standard Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air Delivery...
You can order poinsettias up to sixty (60) days in advance. All poinsettias can be shipped Next Day Air $19.95 or 2nd Day Air $9.95 - we add $10.00 for each additional perishable item you add to your order when you select either Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air.
Next Day Air Delivery Includes:
* Next Day Air Delivery by 3:00 p.m. to Ensure Freshness
* Same Day Shipping on poinsettias Placed by 12:00 p.m. PST (unless you specify a future delivery date)
* 100% Freshness Guarantee on all poinsettias
* Poinsettias are hand selected to ensure quality and freshness
* Online order tracking for peace of mind (You will receive an email from us with tracking numbers)
Poinsettia shipments to commercial destinations will arrive by 3:00 p.m. Residential deliveries will arrive by end of business next day. To upgrade to Saturday delivery, please add $12.95 for a total Saturday delivery charge of $32.90. If you have any questions regarding your orchid delivery, please call one of our friendly customer service representatives at 1-888-ORCHIDS (The Saturday delivery charge of $12.95 may appear as a separate charge).

At 1800Poinsettias.com, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the fastest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items.

small furniture items) 1-6 business days (Monday through Friday)
2-Day Express
Orders placed by 2 p.m. PST will be delivered in 2 business days.
Next Day Air
Available to most destinations. Orders placed by 2 p.m. PST will be delivered by the end of the following business day.
Basic Freight
(used for larger boxed items)
Most items, 7 - 10 business days (Monday through Friday, daytime hours)

Domestic and International Shipping
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories: Shipped via Standard Delivery (allow 10-15 business days) and 2-Day Express (allow 3-5 business days). Shipping for larger items is quoted upon request; please call 1-800-POINSETTIAS to place your order for multiple orders.
If you reside elsewhere or would like to ship an order outside the U.S. we would be happy to assist you. You may contact us by phone by calling 1-800-POINSETTIAS
Shipping to APOs and FPOs Orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses will ship via Parcel Post or United States Postal Service for the same fees noted above.
Order Tracking
You can track your order online once it has been shipped. For assistance, call 1-800-POINSETTIAS between 8AM & 7PM - 7 days a week. Please have your Order Number handy. Please note: Gift Cards, Basic Freight Delivery items like large bags of bark cannot be tracked online at this time.

* Shipping charges are based on the merchandise shipped to each address.
* Business days are Monday to Friday excluding Sundays and major holidays
* Saturday delivery add $12.95 (Saturday deliveries are shipped Friday via Next Day Saturday)
* There is a $10 charge for incorrect addresses (We pay this to our carrier)
* We cannot ship orchid plants and flowers to P.O. Boxes only orchid supplies.
* Deliveries will be left at the doorstep if there is no one to accept delivery.
Please note: Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. All shipping charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
